Min Yoon Ki who is best known as Suga, a member of the BTS group, who is currently 31 years old was caught driving under the influence of alcohol earlier this month. On August 23, 2024, Friday, Suga attended the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul, for the investigation. Reportedly, the BTS rapper was questioned for three hours, till 7:45 PM KST.
On Monday, August 26, 2024, the head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Kim Bong Sik attended a press conference which was held in Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and said that the police investigation into Suga’s DUI case has been conducted and the case would be finalized very soon.
He also said that the police would soon complete its investigation into the BTS rapper Suga’s case for driving under the influence of alcohol and forward it to the prosecution for further court proceedings.
On Friday, August 23, 2024, the BTS rapper attended the Yongsan Police Station where he was booked after being caught drunk driving on August 6, 2024, 17 days after the incident, for the investigation for violating the Road Traffic Act.
