For the unversed, YouTuber Tzuyang has more than 10 million subscribers on YouTube. She filed a legal complaint against the CEO of the YouTube channel Garo Sero Research Institute Kim Se Eui under her real name Park Jung Won, for allegedly spreading misinformation.
Reportedly, this news broke out on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, when a representative of YouTuber Tzuyang complained to the Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office to accuse Kim Se Eui of violating the Information Communicating Network Act by spreading false information, threatening, and coercion.

Many are still uninitiated that the fight between YouTuber Tzuyang and Kim Se Eui started when the YouTube channel Garo Sero Research Institute claimed that YouTuber Tzuyang met her ex-boyfriend who worked as a waiter, while she was already employed at a Karaoke bar, during a live broadcast on July 29, 2024.
This statement of Garo Sero Research Institute is opposite to YouTuber Tzuyang’s statement. Previously, YouTuber Tzuyang shared a statement on her own YouTube channel revealing that she dated a boy during her university days and he subjected her to assault and threats.

On July 30, 2024, YouTuber Tzuyang took legal action against Kim Se Eui and filed a lawsuit at the Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office. Reacting to the legal complaint himself, Kim Se Eui responded through the community page of his YouTube channel that he is not someone who gets intimidated by lawsuits like this.
He further added that the prosecution’s investigation will reveal the truth about who is lying. He showed confidence while saying that this is a positive development. He will fully cooperate with the investigation, and the prosecution just needs to thoroughly unveil the truth.
He also mentioned Gu Je Yeok, Jeon Guk Jin, and Caracula, while saying he is not a criminal who takes dirty bribes like the aforementioned three people.
As of yet, Kim Se Eui has not been arrested but YouTubers Ju Jak Gam Byul Sa and Gu Je Yeok were apprehended on charges of threatening and blackmailing Tzuyang.
